Split a PDF into multiple files by page range
Add an inclusive range for every part you need, such as 1–3, 4–7 and 12–15. Ranges can skip pages that should not appear in the result. Leave Merge ranges off to create a separate PDF from each range, or turn it on to combine the ranges in the order shown.
Extract selected pages from a PDF
Switch to Pages and choose Select pages. Pick pages from the thumbnails or enter a list such as 1-3, 7, 10-12. Keep them as separate PDFs, or merge the selected pages into one PDF. The selection stays in the same order as the source document.
Separate PDF pages into individual files
In Pages mode, choose All pages to turn every page into a single-page PDF. The files keep the source order and download together in one ZIP archive.
Split reports, invoices and document packs
Create ranges for chapters in a report, separate invoices or payslips, or extract the pages required from a bank statement. Selected pages can also be combined into a smaller PDF for an application, audit or KYC submission.
Split a PDF without losing quality
Pages move into new PDF files without being rendered as images or compressed again. Searchable text remains searchable, selectable and copyable. Page dimensions, orientation and image quality stay the same.

Do the thumbnail numbers match printed page numbers?
They count file positions from the first page, including covers and unnumbered sheets. A printed page labelled 1 may therefore have a different thumbnail number.
Can I split a password-protected PDF?
No. Remove the password in an application that can open the document, then upload the unlocked PDF again.
