How to convert JPG to PDF online for free

This free image to PDF converter turns 1 to 20 images into a single PDF. The total upload can be up to 64 MB. To create your document:

  • Add your images. Select several files at once or add them one by one;
  • Arrange the PDF pages. Use Up and Down to set the order, and remove any image you do not need;
  • Click Convert to PDF. Download the finished document when processing is complete.

Combine multiple JPG images into one PDF

Each image becomes a separate PDF page. Files are added from top to bottom in the order shown in the list. You can merge several JPG or JPEG images into one PDF, or convert a single photo to PDF.

The first image in the list becomes page one. Up and Down move whole images, not parts of a page.

Image to PDF converter for photos and scans

Besides JPG, you can convert JPEG to PDF, PNG to PDF, or HEIC to PDF without changing tools. HEIF, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, and GIF files are also supported. Different formats can go into the same document, so one PDF may contain phone photos, PNG screenshots, and HEIC images from an iPhone.

Transparent PNG and WebP backgrounds become white. For an animated GIF or WebP, the first frame is used. This page accepts images only. To add an existing document, convert the images first and then use the merge PDF tool.

A4 PDF pages without cropping

Every image is placed on an A4 page. Portrait or landscape orientation is selected automatically from the shape of the image. The picture is centred and fitted without stretching or cropping, so white margins may appear when its proportions differ from an A4 sheet.

Image quality in the converted PDF

Original pixel dimensions are retained, but each image is encoded as a JPEG at quality 90 before it is added to the PDF. Photos and document scans remain clear, but the conversion is not completely lossless: fine text, thin lines, and computer graphics may show JPEG artefacts. Each source image can be up to 50 megapixels.

Application, banking, and KYC documents

For Indian application portals, combine Aadhaar or PAN card scans, marksheets, certificates, scholarship documents, passport photos, or visa paperwork into one ordered PDF. For banking and business tasks, the same tool can collect scanned bank statements, KYC records, invoices, receipts, signed forms, and supporting evidence.

Convert JPG to PDF on mobile or laptop

The converter works in a browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone, and Android. There is no software or app to install. On a phone, choose photos from your gallery or files, arrange the pages, and download the PDF. The same steps work on a laptop or desktop computer.
